Potatoes are washed and picked to ensure the best spuds are packed .
Potatoes are transported from the washer into the crisp facility where they are then placed into the potato hopper.
From the hopper, potatoes are fed into the slicer with skin on to be sliced for the fryers.
Sliced potatoes are fed into the fryers in 25kg batches and they are fried for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Our crisps are then hand-picked to ensure only the best crisps make it through.
Crisps are then transferred to the flavour doser where they are generously dosed in our famous flavours!
Once flavoured, the crisps are tucked neatly into our bags and boxed up ready to make their way to you!
